Conveniently located just a short 10 minute drive to Ellicottville with gorgeous views along the way.
We've updated this already charming home with new modern furnishings from the best direct to consumer brands making the space so warm and inviting you won't want to leave the cabin. This property offers 3 acres and unlike many accomodations boasting acecerage, it enjoys a large flat area in front to set up games or let the kids run. We've improved the wifi to 100mps, added smart TV's, improved the outdoor living with fire tables and comfortable seating which only enhances the already fabulous setting. All new mattresses and bedding!

Summary: Fairly private setting in that there aren't too many houses around. Relatively close to EVL and easy to get around. Says it is a 3-acre property but the house is right on a main road. And most of the 3 acres appear to be beyond the creek. Beds are comfortable and has an overall nice set up. Upstairs is roomy - one bath is in the midst of being finished off. There is a fenced dog space right off the back which is a bonus. Grill needs to be tuned up. Our biggest challenge was no welcome book or instructions for how to use the house. We had zero cell phone coverage and did not have the code to access the wifi, not even enough to message through the app. We ended up communicating with property manager via text which worked out fine. But, we had to text every time we had a question, which was more than we are used to. A welcome book with instructions would clear all of this up.
